GBITS has acquired ninety five per cent 94.76% of the total issued and outstanding shares of common stock (the “Common Stock”) of NXTGEN NANO, INC, consisting of Seventy Five Million Forty Five Thousand (75,045,000) shares of common stock of Nxt Gen. (collectively, “Seller’s Shares”) of Common Stock.
GBITS have recently acquired Next Gen Nano (DBA as NXN) assets including unregistered IP from its holding company Woodman Investment Capital LLC its former owner.
