It is easy for people to get carried away by the negative experiences that they have gone through daily and forget all of the good things. There is always a Silver lining, even though it may be hard to see. Be thankful and acknowledge the good things that you experience every day. If you do this, you will see that it is harder to see the negative.
Complaining about a certain situation or event can help us vent, and it is OK once in a while. But, if you constantly complain about everything, you will focus on the things around you that you find upsetting, rather than the good things. Complaining does not help improve the situation, so instead of wasting energy complaining, find a solution.
