Stop Negative Thinking
#negative #thinking
“The Key to happiness and calmness is in thinking positive thoughts" -- Paul Ebeling
It is easy for people to get carried away by the negative experiences that they have gone through daily and forget all of the good things. There is always a Silver lining, even though it may be hard to see. Be thankful and acknowledge the good things that you experience every day. If you do this, you will see that it is harder to see the negative.
Complaining about a certain situation or event can help us vent, and it is OK once in a while. But, if you constantly complain about everything, you will focus on the things around you that you find upsetting, rather than the good things. Complaining does not help improve the situation, so instead of wasting energy complaining, find a solution.

Frequencies and Thinking
Thinking is not a metaphor sitting on top of frequency. It is frequency, organised, across four layers that are electrical, chemical, physical and biological. A companion to The Invisible Symphony that ranks frequency pollution by the quality of the human data behind it, noise first and radiofrequency third, then turns to the part you control: what education, exercise, blood pressure, hearing, sleep, diet and purpose have actually proved about cognitive longevity.
