The world’s first VOGUE Lounge is a new destination for the highest quality food, classic cocktails and contemporary music. The VOGUE Lounge cuisine is presented in bite-sized servings created by Michelin award winning chef Vincent Thierry.

VOGUE Lounge‘s beautiful interior design was inspired by David Collins Studio.

The venue is located on the 6th floor of the MahaNakhon CUBE situated directly adjacent to the Chongnonsi BTS station in Bangkok, Thailand.

Known internationally as the fashion bible, Vogue is an undisputed market leader in lifestyle. The world’s first VOGUE Lounge translates the sophistication and glamour contained within the magazine into a chic and cosmopolitan lounge setting. VOGUE Lounge is licensed by Condé Nast International Restaurants.

Established with the opening of VOGUE Café Moscow, Condé Nast International Restaurants has since opened restaurants, bars, and clubs in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

The Chefs

Vincent Thierry

Chef Vincent Thierry grew up in a small town 100 kilometres southwest of Paris, France. Having studied his craft at Michelin-starred restaurants across the country and with a short stint in the US, Thierry was picked from the celebrated Le Cinq at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, to move to Hong Kong and open Caprice at Four Seasons Hotel in 2005.

Chef Thierry led the team of Caprice to being awarded three Michelin-stars for the restaurant for four years running, which served authentic French contemporary cuisine, bringing together culinary influences from regions all over France.

Together with Executive Chef Cyril Cocconi, and the head mixologist of VOGUE Lounge, chef Vincent Thierry is excited to bring his fine dining signature style to Bangkok. He has envisioned a unique menu for VOGUE Lounge where his creations are offered to the guests in bite-sized portions.

He would like to break the barrier to fine dining, offering an elegant, sophisticated yet casual environment to enjoy his beautiful food.

The Secret behind VOGUE Lounge’s Fantastic Fare

As the world’s very first VOGUE Lounge besides an incomparable location, laid-back vibe, innovative mixology and a feeling of everything being “just so” discerning guests have come to expect an eclectic menu of Bangkok’s most enticing and avant-garde cuisine constantly appearing from the kitchens.

And the secret of the fantastic fare which delights diners on a nightly basis is Chef de Cuisine Cyril Cocconi.

A graduate of the renowned hotel and tourism institute Lycée Paul Augier in Nice French native Chef Cyril’s impressive résumé reads like a “Who’s Who” of the most reputable kitchens in the world. His career has spanned the globe from Las Vegas to Mauritius and Monaco to his current and much-loved home in Bangkok, where prior to joining VOGUE Lounge he was Chef de Cuisine at the 5-star Okura Prestige Hotel in Lumpini.

Chef Cyril’s culinary journey has led him to occupy senior positions in many fine-dining establishments with gilt-edged reputations for offering truly exquisite cuisine, including stints at the Executive Level in the restaurants of Michelin Star recipient and “Chef of the Century” Joël Robuchon.

“I am genuinely fortunate in having chosen a career where the results of my efforts can be instantly observed and can bring so much pleasure to people. To see the nods of approval and satisfied smiles on the faces of our guests and the empty plates returned to the kitchen at the end of dinner service – it truly makes it all worthwhile.” says Chef Cyril.
