Analog Devices Inc. (NASDAQ:ADI) was assumed with an Outperform rating at RBC Capital Markets. Shares trade in a 52-wk range of 76.62 – 118.54 and with a consensus target price of 116.29.

AvalonBay Communities Inc. (NYSE:AVB) was reiterated as Buy along with a price target at 215 at Argus. Shares trade in a 52-wk range of 156.93 – 204.53 and with a consensus target price at 206.80.

Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. (NYSE:CP) was reiterated as Buy and the price target was raised to $245 from $230 at Argus, with the independent research firm seeing more upside in the major railway serving Canada and the northern United States.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. (NYSE:CMG) was reiterated a Buy and the price target was raised to 797 from 695 at Citigroup. Shares trade in a 52-wk range of 383.20 – 721.21 and with a consensus target price of 624.17.

NeoPhotonics Corp. (NASDAQ:NPTN) was started with a Buy rating and assigned a 9 price target at MKM Partners.

Owens-Illinois Inc. (NYSE:OI) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Merrill Lynch.

Prologis Inc. (NYSE:PLD) was reiterated as Buy and the price target was raised to 86 from 73 at Citigroup.

SAP S.E. (NYSE:SAP) was reiterated as Buy at Argus, and the firm raised its target price to 145 in that call.

Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE:LUV) was reiterated as Buy with a 64 price target at Argus, which kept its Y 2019 earnings forecast but raised its Y 2020 forecast.
