Annaly Capital Management Inc. (NYSE:NLY) was raised to Outperform from Market Perform and the price target was raised to 10.50 from 10.00 at Keefe Bruyette & Woods. It has roughly a 12% dividend yield, and it trades in a 52-wk range of 9.57 – 11.38 and a consensus target price of 10.25.
Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. (NYSE:COG) was started with an Equal Weight rating at KeyBanc Capital Markets.
Commercial Metals Co. (NYSE:CMC) was raised to Buy from Neutral with a 21 price target at Goldman Sachs. The consensus target price is at 21.36, and the 52-wk trading range is 15.23 – 26.72.
Innovative Industrial Properties (NYSE:IIPR), the medical-cannabis firm, was initiated with a Buy rating and assigned a 60 price target at BTIG. Its shares previously closed at 51.78, and trade in a 52-wk range of 23.63 – 55.63.
Northrop Grumman Corp. (NYSE:NOC) was raised to Outperform from Neutral with a 302 price target at Credit Suisse. It had a consensus target price of 317.11 and trade in a 52-wk range of 223.63 – 360.88.
Sherwin-Williams Co. (NYSE:SHW) was raised to Outperform from Market Perform with a 475 price target at Wells Fargo. It has a 52-wk trading range of 355.28 – 479.64 and a consensus target price of 449.00.
