Stress: Know Your Limits

It is believed by the experts that the more tasks 1 has, the more stressed out 1 becomes. I suppose that is right for the majority of people.

So, if you are 1 of them, take the time to learn how you handle stress, and know yourself enough to know when it gets to be too much.

The Big Q: What can you do? 

The Big A: If things start to get really overwhelming, do not be afraid to ask for help. Sometimes it’s better to divide and conquer, than to take it all upon yourself. And if there are some things that you just cannot get away from, then find new ways to organize and manage your time better.

On the other hand I have learned if I want something done and done right, I give it to a colleague who is really busy doing what he/she loves to do, does not see it as work.

Find something you love to do and do not work

And, there is always something beautiful right in front of us, we just have to find it. Take the time to observe the beauty of something, whether it is your relationships, or in Nature.

The appreciation for something much larger than us is the Key to leading a happy and positive life. Breathe…
