State Department Investigating Hillary Clinton, Clearance at Stake
The US State Department is investigating whether Hillary Clinton, her aides and staff mishandled classified material while she was Secretary of State under the Hussein Obama Admin.
At stake is Mrs. Clinton’s security clearances, which she and her aides still have despite being long gone from the State Department
The State Department is formally investigating whether Mrs. Clinton and her Team violated protocols for handling classified information by using a private e-Mail server
A spokesman for Mrs. Clinton dismissed the probe.
“Nothing has been more thoroughly dissected. It’s over. Case closed,” the spokesman said. Apparently he did not know the “the case” has been re-opened.
Regardless, the watchdog Judicial Watch said that Mrs. Clinton should lose her security privileges.
“Their conduct has cost them that privileged position of special trust and confidence.”
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton called for a new investigation into Mr.s Clinton’s handling of classified material earlier this month.
“These are e-Mails that we did not know about before,” Mr. Fitton said. “Mrs. Clinton said she turned them all over, and she did not, so we should be questioning whether she was telling the truth under oath to Congress.
