President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago 1yr Celebration to Go on Without Him
Since President Trump and the GOP were unable to close a deal to keep the US government operating, the President chose to remain in Washington, DC this weekend, canceling his trip to Mar-a-Lago for his planned 1yr in the Oval Office celebration.
The party celebrating President Trump’s 1st year in office will go on without him and the First Lady, ticket prices were set at $100,000 a couple or $250,000 to participate in a Roundtable with the President, proceeds go to the Trump Victory Fund, a joint effort between Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign and the Republican Party.
The President is expected to remain in Washington DC at his desk until the government is up and running.
Budget Director Mick Mulvaney said, “He’s not leaving until this is finished.”
Have a terrific weekend.
