President Trump, “US can only win after years of bad trade deals”
US President Donald Trump kept up the pressure on trade agreements, slamming both China and Canada.
His comments came in a pair of Tweets. He noted that after so many bad trade deals, the United States can only win.
On Friday, President Trump blasted Canada saying it “has treated our agricultural business and farmers very poorly for a very long period of time.”
In a Tweet, President Trump said Canada must take down trade barriers.
President Trump has enacted tariffs on Steel and Aluminum imports from Canada, Mexico and the European Union. The tariffs: 25% on imported Steel and 10% on Aluminum took effect on Friday, 1 June.
