President Trump Top Tier Lawyers Vs The Swamp’s Bureaucrats

Members of President Donald Trump’s Blue Ribbon legal team and his allies are briefing a case that former FBI Directors Robert Mueller and James Comey have a long professional and  personal, relationship that creates a conflict of interest, notwithstanding Mr. Mueller prior reputation of integrity.

“Mueller is compromised by the close professional — and I would sure think personal — relationship with Comey,” Bill Otis, the former special counsel for President George H.W. Bush (41) said Saturday. “That is an encompassing standard…that should be interpreted broadly so that the public will have maximum confidence in the outcome of the special counsel’s work, however it winds up.”

President Trump Tweeted Friday that he is being investigated for firing James Comey, calling it a “Witch Hunt.”

Mr. Comey testified to the Senate Intelligence Committee that he was fired after President Trump asked him to drop the FBI’s investigation into former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

Earlier this week, reports surfaced that Mr. Mueller, Mr. Comey’s mentor, was investigating if President Trump obstructed justice by asking Mr. Comey about General Flynn.

A US Justice Department statute calls for recusal on the appears there is a personal conflict of interest.

Friday, Mr. Mueller added 12 Swamp bureaucrat prosecutors, some with close ties to the Hussein Obama and Clinton democrats, to his team with experience in investigations including Watergate, Enron, and even the Mafia, raising speculation that Mr. Mueller intention is to extend the probe into the President’s business empire.

In light of this speculation, both Vice President Mike Pence and President Trump’s personal attorneys, have obtained legal counsel. Signalling that the White House is setting up to slay The Swamp’s legal denizens.

Many of President Trump’s Key allies are complaining that Mr. Mueller has hired prosecutors who made donations to Democratic candidates. Ex-House Speaker Newt Gingrich this past week accused Mr. Mueller of hiring “bad people” for his team pointing out that his 1st 4 hires were Democrats.

There is speculation that President Trump is laying ground work to have Mr. Mueller removed as special counsel, as well as Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, which would be Swamp ridding strategy.

Expect The Trump Team to proffer “lawful and appropriate” evidence against Messrs Mueller and Rosenstein, and that Mr. Mueller will be sacked for “good cause”.

President Trump, can sack and replace Mr. Rosenstein with a Deputy US AG who would follow his/her bosses orders.

Some Democrats in Congress are screaming “bloody murder”with attention getting calls for impeachment, they just cannot let go of the fact that Americans voted Donald J. Trump our 45 President.

Friday, President Trump Tweeted a slam on Mr. Rosenstein, saying he was under investigation by Mr. Rosenstein, “the man who told me to fire the FBI Director.”

Mr. Rosenstein will need to recuse himself because he wrote the Memo the Trump administration at first said was the justification for firing James Comey.

A Key reversal in the pattern is always painful.

Imagine those entrenched bureaucrats having to return to their home town and get jobs, Wild!

Have a terrific weekend.
