President Trump Let Mexico’s President Know ‘His Rule’ America First
Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto has forewent his 1st visit to the White House after a phone call with President Donald Trump over his proposed Border Wall
President Peña Nieto reportedly asked President Trump to publicly confirm that Mexico would not pay for the wall, but President Trump refused, according to US and Mexican officials familiar with the 50-min conversation.
President Trump told the Mexican’s President that he was “exasperated” and “frustrated” because President Peña Nieto’s request was unreasonable.
President Peña Nieto is facing a presidential election in July and was expected to visit the White House this month or in March.
He has repeatedly denied Mexico will pay for the wall, but President Trump insists that Mexico will pay, “in some form.”
President Trump’s budget proposal unveiled on 12 February presses for new spending on infrastructure and $18-B across 2 years for constructing a border wall and $782-M to hire 2,750 additional personnel at US Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Mr. President, Build The Wall!
Expect this week that President Trump will launch a full on assault on Sanctuary states and cities nationwide.
