President Donald Trump to Offer UK Quick & Fair Trade Deal
Donald Trump will offer Britain a quick & fair trade deal within weeks of taking office in a move to make Brexit successful.
In a UK interview Donald Trump said he would invite British Prime Minister Theresa May to visit him “right after” he takes office, insisting that “We’re gonna work very hard to get a trade deal done quickly and done properly. Good for both sides.”
Donald Trump predicted that other countries would also leave the EU as Britain did, saying that if EU countries “hadn’t been forced to take in all of the refugees, so many, with all the problems that it . . . entails, I think that you wouldn’t have a Brexit. It probably could have worked out, but this was the final straw, this was the final straw that broke the camel’s back.”
Donald Trump said that German Chancellor Angela Merkel “made one very catastrophic mistake and that was taking all of these illegals, you know, taking all of the people from wherever they come from.”
He said that he will sign next week executive orders to strengthen the borders of the US which could include travel restrictions on Europeans coming to America and “extreme vetting” for those arriving in the US from countries known for Islamist terrorism.
In the interview, Donald Trump said he would lift US sanctions on Russia in exchange for a nuclear weapons reduction deal. He insisted that he would start off his Presidency by trusting Russian President Vladimir Putin admitting he was not sure how long that would last.
Have a terrific week.
