Commentary: The world’s major stock indices have Bullish look, but need to prove their strength near term, or the Bears could come in to feed. PE

DJIA at 24834, -179, -0.72% was not able to hold above 25000 giving back Monday’s gainer.  Now, DIA has to break above 25100 it it wants to move to 26000. And if not it could dip to 24500 again. Interesting, Yes? waiting and watching for clear directions.

DAX at 13170, +0.71% and Nikkei at 22929 looking similar now, both in an uptrend. But, while the DAX has support at 13000, support on the Nikkei is being tested. Both can move up to 13300 and 23300 respectively, but we have to watch whether the Nikkei breaks support Wednesday.

Shanghai at 3215 has been driving North for a month, and can continue, must be careful to see whether it breaks above resistance at 3250-75 or not. Pay attention.

Nifty at 10536.70, +20.00, +0.19% up-ticked Tuesday, but can fall to 10440-400 if it cannot rise past 10625-75 near term.

Stay tuned…
