Monday, Ferrari (NYSE:RACE) Stock to Trade Ex-Dividend Monday

Ferrari (NYSE:RACE) will begin trading ex-dividend on Monday, 24 April .
To qualify for a dividend check, investors must have owned Ferrari shares prior this Monday, which is the last day the company’s management will finalize its roster of shareholders to whom it will mail payments.
Ferrari stock, which currently trades around $71 per share, has risen about 22% YTD, including some 17.63% returns in the past 3 months.
This compares with a 5.23% YTD rise in the S&P 500 index (NYSEArca:SPX).
Ferrari stock has risen 62.75% over the past 12 months, while the S&P 500 has risen 13.22%.
In its F-Q-4 earnings results, reported in February, the Maranello, Italy-based company beat Wall Street estimates on EpS (earnings per share) and beat on revenue. The company reported adjusted earnings of 0.74/share, which beat analysts’ projections by 0.21/share.
Notably, F- Q-4 revenue of $902.2-M grew 10.7% Y-Y, beating Wall Street analysts estimates by $10-M.
For F-Q-1 ended 31 March Ferrari is expected to deliver 0.54/shares, up from 0.44 a year ago, on revenue of $797.74-M, up 11.3% Y-Y.
For the F-Y ending 31 January, EPS are projected to rise 18.75% Y-Y to 2.66/share, while revenue of $3.56-B would mark a 8% rise Y-Y.
Based on Ferrari current stock price of around $71, the company’s 0.68.2/share quarterly dividend yields 0.94% annually, or about 1.06 percentage points below the 2.00% average yield of the S&P 500 Index.
Ferrari will send its dividend payment on 2 May to shareholders of record as of 26 April . The stock has a consensus Hold rating and an average analyst 12-month price target of 64, implying potential declines of 9.8% from current marks.
