“We May Not Be Alone in the Universe”

The man who ran the UFO unit at the Pentagon says the things he saw while at the helm of the recently disclosed operation have left him believing Earth might not be the only home of intelligent life in the Universe.

“My personal belief is that there is very compelling evidence that we may not be alone,” former military intelligence official Luis Elizondo said Monday.

2 videos shot by F-18 pilots of objects that seemed to behave beyond the realms of known science have circulated on social media over the weekend following a report that uncovered the program that existed from Y’s 2007 to 2012. But Mr. Elizondo said the evidence goes beyond just those 2 videos.

The Advance Aerospace Threat Identification Program’s purpose was to identify threats from a national security perspective and not to ascertain who was sitting in the driver’s seat, Mr. Elizondo said. Still, what his team found made it hard to believe the aircraft were piloted by anything human or that the craft should have had the ability to remain aloft.

“We have identified some very, very interesting anomalous type of aircraft, let’s call them aircraft,” he said. “Things that don’t have any obvious flight surfaces, any obvious forms of propulsion and maneuvering in ways that include extreme maneuverability beyond, I would submit, the healthy G-forces of a human or anything biological. Hypersonic velocities, low observability, positive lift, again seemingly defying the laws of aerodynamics.”

The testimony of fighter pilots, while compelling on its own, is backed up by electro-optical data and radar returns, he said. “It’s also people like radar operators and air traffic controllers.”

Elizondo said his team deliberately stayed away from questions of who was piloting the aircraft and what their intentions were, since many people have emotional feelings about it.

“I wanted to was to allow the data to speak for itself, and then use that data to inform senior Department of Defense leadership about the potential threat that these type of technologies pose to national security, especially over any type of controlled air space that we might have,” he said.

Asked whether he believes the craft he observed were piloted by beings not from planet Earth, Mr. Elizondo said he cannot speak on behalf of the government, but added he believes there a many possibilities.

“I will tell you unequivocally that through the observations, scientific methodologies that were applied to look at this phenomena, that these aircraft . . . are displaying characteristics not currently within the U.S. inventory, nor in any foreign inventory that we are aware of.”

I am not sure why this is such a big surprise. Such stories have been published many, many times – maybe because this is in the NYT? The US Military/Intelligence agencies have been in direct contact with extraterrestrial aliens for many years now. They have been keeping it a secret because the aliens are far more advanced and military is afraid of the effects of disclosure on their own dominance of the world. See ufocoverup.org for more info
