Left Wing Journalists Take Their Audience for ‘Morons’
American journalism has disintegrated, and the left wing media is taking all of us for “morons*.”
Best selling author and commentator, Bill O’Reilly, in an opinion piece for The Hill posted Wednesday, decried an NBC News report that US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson threatened to resign, and called President Donald Trump a “moron.”
“Instantly, the anti-Trump press decided the anonymous allegation was true,” he wrote, adding: “A blind allegation is not a fact.”
“The press used to have an obligation to provide facts and fairness,” he wrote. “In America, that is no longer the case. The media is taking all of us for morons.”
Mr. O’Reilly complained if an allegation is “sensational, it gets reported — verification and perspective be damned.”
“Am I the only one who sees the danger here?” he asked.
“There is no question that most media organizations want to get President Trump out of office,” he wrote, pointing to a Pew organization study that found during his 1st 3 months in office, only 5% of President Trump’s press converge was positive.
“Genghis Khan got better press,” Mr. O’Reilly wrote.
“So this is where we are as far as ‘journalism’ is concerned,” he wrote. “All allegations against politicians or famous people, who have a very high bar if they want to sue, are broadcast or printed. They then become talk-show facts, discussed as if the anonymous accusations are absolutely accurate.”

Editor’s Note: Comcast Corp’s management openly supported former President Barack Hussein Obama, and in the Y 2016 Presidential election was solidly behind the loser, Hillary Rodham Clinton who has recently become the ‘darling’ of late night TV talk shows.
