Sunday, NKorean leader Kim Jong Un reaffirmed his commitment to “complete” denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and to a planned meeting with US President Donald Trump, SKorean President Moon Jae-in said.
President Moon and Chairman Kim agreed at a 2nd meeting Saturday that a possible NKorea-US Summit, currently planned for 12 June in Singapore, must be held successfully, President Moon told a news conference in Seoul.

SKorean Presidential spokesman Yoon Young-chan said President Moon revealed the outcome of his  meeting with Chairman Kim Sunday.

The Presidential Blue House did not immediately provide more details.

The meeting at a border truce village came just hours after SKorea expressed relief over revived talks for a Summit between President Trump and Chairman Kim following a 24 hour frame that saw President Trump cancel the highly anticipated meeting before saying it’s potentially back on.

President Trump later Tweeted that the Summit, if it does happen, will likely take place on 12 June in Singapore as originally planned.
