Well, nothing really, other than having to take an extra 40-min seaplane flight over outrageously beautiful turquoise waters and powdery white islets. Take your pick from one of the beach-side villas or over-the-water bungalows and spend your days sipping on poolside cocktails, gorging on fresh sushi and listening to the sounds of live bands on the beach. Jade Mountain Resort, St. Lucia
