Gratitude Is a Happiness Booster

Gratitude Is a Happiness Booster

It has been proven that gratitude increases happiness, so be grateful for all the things in life big and little.

In 1 study, participants were divided into 3 groups and 1 group was instructed to write about things that had happened during the week they were grateful for.

The 2nd group wrote about the about things that had displeased them.

The 3rd group wrote neither positively or negatively about events that had an effect on them.

Notably, the participants who made gratitude notes were happier and more optimistic

So, set time aside each day for counting your blessings, reflecting on 1 or more events that took place that day that you were grateful for.

Have a happy day!
