Water Taxi Introduces Special Routes and Rates Offering Hassle-Free Transportation to Fort Lauderdale Boat Show

The Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi today announced its specially discounted pricing and direct transportation routes for the upcoming Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, running November 3-7. The show’s exclusive official provider of water transportation, Water Taxi offers affordable and hassle-free access to the event’s venues, as well as unique waterway views of the boats.

Water Taxi will have 13 boats (with drinks available on six vessels), running every 10-15 minutes with limited stops along special northern, southern and New River routes, all leading directly to the Boat Show at the Bahia Mar Yachting Center. Pick-up and drop-off locations include the Gallery One Double Tree Hotel, Riverside Hotel, Fort Lauderdale Convention Center and The Hyatt Pier 66 Hotel, each offering convenient parking options at very low rates. The special service will run daily, starting one hour before the show and finishing one hour after its conclusion.

Full-day Water Taxi wristbands will be available for purchase day-of at designated stops for only $10.

“We are excited to offer our guests our special discounted rates and direct transportation routes to and from the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show,” said Mike McGurl, co-owner of the Water Taxi. “There is no better way to experience one of our city’s most iconic and popular events than to ride on the Water Taxi to the show.
