The Ferrari (NYSE:RACE) Roma’s smooth and relaxed design harks back to Maranello. That should be enough to get clienti’s attention since that super coupe was 1 of the greatest design triumphs of the 1990’s.
A full rundown on the Roma is set to be released at the vehicle’s official launch, scheduled for Thursday, 14 November at 7:30a ET (1:30p local time in Rome) but there is a pretty cool website up showing off the details.
You owe it to yourself to check it out and scroll down at least far enough to find the “play start-up sound” button, the sounds…!
Ferrari announced that the Roma will run a mid-front mounted 3855cc turbo V8 claiming 612 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. The 8-speed dual-clutch transmission shared with the SF90 Stradale is placed at the rear axle for weight distribution.
Ferrari is promising a Zero-to-62 mph time of 3.4 secs and Top Speed north of 199 mph. The car should be nice and stable at speed too, measuring about 183 inches in length with a 105-inch wheelbase.
The lightest version of the Roma will weigh about 3,245 lbs without any fluids or fuel, according to the company.
This Supercar takes me back to a more reserved vibe from Ferrari, as we saw on the Maranello and 456, gentleman’s cars.
Ferrari refers to the Roma as a “2+2” so I figured like it might have a small little back seat At press time I did not see any interior pictures beyond the dashboard.
More details will come out at the Supercar’s launch party on 14 November.
Enzo Ferrari’s iconic Italian Supercar manufacturer claimed the title according to the latest Brand Finance Global 500 2019 report launched at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
HeffX-LTN overall technical outlook for RACE is Very Bullish, overhead resistance is at 172.07 and Key support at 154.75 as all Key indicators turned Very Bullish and the stock has established long term support ahead of this breakout.
Ferrari finished at 163.86, +0.16 Wednesday in NY.
Ferrari will continue to create value in the long term. Ferrari is a quality 1st long term luxury products investment, and I see it at 200+/share in that frame.
