Ferrari’s (NYSE:RACE) New 488 GTE Evos Racing Liveries Revealed
Ferrari (NYSE:RACE) has taken the wraps off its revised liveries for the FIA World Endurance Championship season, in The Scuderia’s title defense in GTE-Pro.
The pair of AF Corse-run Ferrari 488 GTE Evos completed a shakedown at the factory’s Fiorano track this week, sporting a slightly different Red that was used last year to celebrate Ferrari’s 60th anniversary.
A new shade of Metallic Red is now on the # 51 and 71 Ferraris, which will be driven by James Calado/Alessandro Pier Guidi and Sam Bird/Davide Rigon.
Mr. Calado and Pier Guidi took the # 51 car to the GT World Championship last year, scoring 3 class wins, with Rigon and Bird combining for an additional 2 victories.
The Maranello outfit’s team’s 3rd drivers for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, as well as the lineup for its 3rd entry in the race, are yet to be named, although both Miguel Molina and Toni Vilander are expected to be part of the effort.
I will keep you informed.
Ferrari is building a potential base on base in here. The iconic Italian luxury Supercar builder is up nearly 0.6% to 120.52 and up more than 14% YTD.
Ferrari currently gets an 89 Composite Rating on a scale of 1 to 99. That is just below the 90 threshold I would like to see.
But, Ferrari ranks #1 within the automakers industry group, and the world’s #1 automotive brand.

Have a terrific Easter weekend.
