Tuesday, Ferrari announced that its Board of Directors intends to recommend to the Company’s shareholders a dividend distribution to the holders of common shares of EUR 1.03 per common share, corresponding to a total distribution of approximately EUR 194-M.
The distribution will be subject to its approval by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which is scheduled to be held on April 12, 2019.
If shareholders approve the proposed dividend distribution, the ex-date is expected to be 23 April 2019, the record date 24 April 2019 on both MTA and NYSE and the payment date 2 May 2019.
