FLASH: California fans of Ferrari (NYSE:RACE) in California, and beyond are excited to know that the latest Ferrari Racing Days event will take place at the WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca track on the weekend of 10-12 May.
Ferrari Racing Days are the events the Maranello Outfit hosts for its Corse Clienti customer racing division.
This means customer-owned Ferrari Fo1 cars will hit the most famous racetrack in the United States.
Plus, a Ferrari 488 Challenge race will be hosted at the weekend and customers of Ferrari’s ultra-exclusive XX Program cars will also have the opportunity to drive their cars on the track.
Over the years, the XX Program has built 3 production car-based models for its wealthiest customers to enjoy on track.
The 1st of these was the Enzo-based FXX, launched in Y 2005 and sold until Y 2007 in both ‘standard’ and Evo formats.
After Ferrari launched the FXX, it released a track-only version of the 599 GTB aka, the 599XX. Like the FXX, this model was also sold in both standard and Evo configuraations, and featured an extremely Limited Production run.
Only Ferrari customers and racing drivers will be permitted on the race course at the weekend, spectators are more than welcome and tickets can be purchased through the ticket office at the circuit.
We will be reporting live from the track. Tune in
Note: Ferrari Challenge North America. Ferraris battle in this single-make series. Ferrari owners compete using the 488 Challenge, a special racing model derived from the Ferrari 488 GTB road car.
Ferrari is the Aristocrat of the automotive sector.
