Ferrari (NYSE:RACE) at 70 anni: Quality, Power, Elegance, Exclusivity & Style
In March of Y 1947, Enzo Ferrari, an Italian racing driver and entrepreneur, fired up the engine of his 125 S, the 1st car to badged with his name.
Thus came the realization of Ferrari’s dream to build an exclusive race car for gentlemen drivers who demanded the best of the best.
Now 70 years after the 125 S’ test drive, Ferrari (NYSE:RACE) is the worlds #1 automotive icon, and is celebrating its 70th anniversary in style.
From the 1st 125 S to the marque’s $3.4-M LaFerrari Aperta HyperSupercar, the Ferrari name has stood for quality, power, elegance, exclusivity and style.
Throughout this year 60+ countries will host events to mark the 70 anni milestone.
Ferrari has chosen the concept of “Driven by Emotion” to express its culture over 7 decades.
The Maranello works continues deliver super feats engineering and design, while pioneering technological solutions that never fail garner the attention of the clienti and admirers.
The celebratory events comulate at the weekend of 9 September at Maranello, which will see the 1st “Cavalcade Classiche,” perhaps the world’s largest gatherings of vintage and classic Ferraris ever.
To coincide with the factory celebration there will be an exhibition organized in conjunction with the Design Museum of London at the Ferrari Museum due to open this month.

I have been a Ferrari fan since Y 1953, and a bought my 1st one, a 275 GTS (Fly Yellow) in 1967, there is nothing like owning and driving a Ferrari.
