FBI: The 6’8″ “Showboat” was Cut to Size, the Crooked “Temp” is Next
The temporary head of the FBI is being investigated for his role in the bureau’s Hillary Clinton e-Mail probe.
Andrew McCabe was named the FBI’s acting director after President Donald Trump sacked James Comey Tuesday evening.
Temp McCabe is under fire because his wife accepted a large donation from a HRC ally’s PAC (political action committee) during her failed Y 2015 run for a Virginia State Senate seat.
Then about 3 months after that campaign finished, Mr. McCabe became the FBI’s DP (Deputy Director). He began running the bureau’s Clinton e-Mail investigation a short time later.
Before Donald Trump took office on 20 January, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced it would review the FBI’s handling of the Clinton e-Mail investigation. Among the points to be looked at were “allegations that the FBI Deputy Director should have been recused from participating in certain investigative matters.”
It was reported in Y 2015 that Jill McCabe accepted roughly $675,000 from Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe’s PAC and the Virginia Democratic Party for her campaign.
Terry McAuliffe is close with both of the Clintons.
President Trump pointed out the McCabe-Clinton connection during a campaign stop last Fall.
“One of the closest people to Hillary Clinton, with longstanding ties to her and husband — the closest person, I can tell you that … gave more than $675,000 to the campaign of the wife of a top FBI official who oversaw the investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s illegal e-Mail server,” candidate Trump said at the Sanford rally. “In other words, the man who was in charge of the investigation of Hillary Clinton accepted essentially from Hillary Clinton $675,000 that went to his wife.
“Never happened before. Never happened. Not in this country’s history. This is a disgrace. And she shouldn’t be allowed to run for president. She shouldn’t be allowed. She’s a crook.”
Look for FBI Temp McCabe’s head to roll sooner, not later.
