F1: Ferrari (NYSE:RACE) Set Up to End MercedesAMG’s Dominance

$RACE

Next week F1 is in Melbourne, Australia’s Albert Park for the season opener, and signs are growing that Ferrari (NYSE:RACE) have their strongest opportunity yet to break MercedesAMG’s hold on the Tier 1 motorsport.

After 2 weeks of Winter testing in which The Scuderia showed a performance advantage Ross Brawn, their former technical director and the Key figure behind Michael Schumacher’s era of dominance, has identified them as clear favorites for the Y 2019 season.

Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel has won the Australian Grand Prix for the past 2 years,

In Y 2018, the situation at Maranello was anything but happy, with the death of CEO Sergio Marchionne, and the tensions between team principal Maurizio Arrivabene and technical chief Mattia Binotto just below the survace.

Now, with the highly respected Binotto since replacing Arrivabene in the Top job, and dynamic young Monegasque Charles Leclerc taking over from Kimi Raikkonen as Mr. Vettel’s team-mate, the power dynamic in the paddock has shifted.

“The team were in a little bit of disarray last year,” Mr. Brawn said. “It was not an easy environment. If you are going to beat Hamilton and MercedesAMG, you need to be on Top of everything. I feel that this year will be stronger for them.”

Italian supercar manufacturer claimed the title according to the latest Brand Finance Global 500 2019 report launched at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Ferrari is the Aristocrat of the automotive sector.

HeffX-LTN overall technical outlook for RACE is Bullish across the board, and there is very little resistance here and none above 140.26. All of our Key indicators are Very Bullish in here.

Have a terrific weekend.
