Enzo Ferrari’s Life Showcased at Ferrari Museum
A special photo exhibition has been organized at the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena, Italy.
Born on 18 February 1898 in Modena, Italy, Enzo Ferrari showed a passion for cars as a child. And as an adult he created the most iconic automotive brand and the world’s Aristocrat, while serving as 1 of the Top representatives of the Italian spirit.
In honor of the 120th anni of his birthday, the Enzo Ferrari Museum is hosting a photo exhibition, which includes images of Enzo Ferrari at various stages of his life, from childhood to adulthood.
A sampling of the images used by the museum has been released, giving us a glimpse of Enzo Ferrari’s career as a driver, team creator/manager, and Supercar maker.
The photos also feature unforgettable racing champions such as Nuvolari, Castellotti, and Villeneuve.
“It seems incredible to think that Enzo Ferrari was born in the 19th Century,” says Ferrari Chairman and CEO Sergio Marchionne.
“His lesson is more relevant than ever and his modernity unquestionable. He was a man with extraordinary vision and ability to manage people and resources as well as a strong entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional courage. One wonders what he could have achieved if he had had access to today’s technical resources and knowledge. The mark that he left on the world remains a source of pride for all of us at Ferrari and for the whole of Italy.”
