“Get paid fighting against Trump!”

A San Francisco company has posted ads in more than 20 cities nationwide seeking protesters to demonstrate at US President Elect Donald Trump’s inauguration, offering to pay up to $2,500.

Demand Protest is offering a retainer of $2,500 plus “our standard per-event pay of $50/hr, as long as you participate in at least 6 events a year” according to its national ad campaign.

Reports of paid agitators has been dubbed “fake news” by the liberal media.

Demand Protest has a working phone number.

On the application: “Please complete this form to be contacted by a Demand Protest representative. We kindly ask that you do not call or e-Mail to check on the status of your application”

“We are strategists mobilizing millennials across the globe with seeded audiences and desirable messages,” a message reads on the website. “With absolute discretion a top priority, our operatives create convincing scenes that become the building blocks of massive movements. When you need the appearance of outrage, we are able to deliver it at scale while keeping your reputation intact.”

The site also claims to have supported 17 causes, run 48 campaigns, and boasts 1,800 operatives, it does not say who finances it.
