Chicago Agriculture Commodities Finished Mixed
$CORN, $WEAT, $SOYB
Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) agriculture commodities finished mixed Thursday, as Wheat and Soybean futures continued to slide ob profit-taking.
March Corn was Unchanged at 3.615 bu.
March Wheat was down 5c at 4.4675 bu.
March Soybean was down 7.75c at 9.925 bu.
Funds have been selling contracts after prices surged earlier this week and farmers took advantage of the price hike to lock in sales, said market observers.
As a result, Wednesday’s corrective price action deepened during Thursday session, though market fundamentals have changed little.
Have a terrific weekend.
