Cadillac is the Car of Choice for Presidential Limousines
Thursday it was reported that there is a new fleet of Presidential limos coming Cadillac Division of General Motors (NYSE:GM) this Summer, and that the US Secret Service already has 1 of the cars.
General Motors (NYSE:GM) built 12 official state cars at a reported cost of nearly $16-M to replace the current fleet of car used by former president Barack Hussein Obama that bowed in Y 2009.
Cadillac President Johann de Nysschen said in an interview,“We’ve completed our task and we’ve handed over the vehicle to the customer.”
The Secret Service also confirmed that it is doing its after production work-over on the Presidential limos.
The public can expect to see the new vehicles put into official use late in the Summer of this year the White House said.
This camouflaged ‘buck’ of the new Cadillacs have been seen being test driven on public roads.
Cadillac has been the car of choice for every Presidential limousine since Y 1993 according to the data.
