Bangkok’s Newest Luxury Landmark: Magnolias Ratchadamri
Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard is the latest Super-luxury development that has risen in Bangkok, Thailand.
The 60-story high-rise mixed-use development sits on 9,600 sqm of prime real-estate on Ratchaprasong Road, comprising luxury residences and the 5-Star Waldorf Astoria Bangkok, the 1st Waldorf Astoria in South East Asia.
To elevate the Ratchaprasong district’s global appeal, Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard has joined Ratchaprasong Square Trade Association to plan development and conservation while promoting Ratchaprasong Square as a center of economic activity.
This further fulfills the development’s legacy at the heart of Bangkok.
“Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard also complements the district to become a genuine landmark and a center of the retail market, wholesale, hospitality, luxury residences, and also MICE [meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions] in the heart of the capital. As well, the project enhances the potential of the Ratchaprasong-Ratchadamri area to become one of the key global business districts.” said Visit Malaisirirat, CEO of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited.
The development’s outstanding exterior design is inspired by Magnolia Petals, while applying concepts from Thai architecture suited to the country’s tropical climate.
The building’s design saves energy by taking into consideration the direction of sunlight and placing shade appropriately.
The interior design adopts a modern classic style, inspired by the English Townhouse concept, featuring soothing beige, white, and gray palettes.
