President Trump send a clear message from Mt. Rushmore that Progressive Big Government Socialists do not represent the views of The American People, and that he has moved to Stop the Left wing Marxist mob in its tracks!
President Trump’s 4th of July speech at Mount Rushmore, SD, drew sharp acclaim, as he accused those demanding change of trying to wipe away history and criticized the MSM for labeling their opponents as “racist.”
“We will never allow an angry mob to tear down our statues, erase our history, indoctrinate our children, or trample on our freedoms,” President Trump said in his speech. “We will safeguard our values, traditions, customs, and beliefs. We will teach our children to cherish and adore their country so that they can build its future. Together, we will fight for the American Dream, and we will defend, protect, and preserve American way of life, which began in 1492 when Columbus discovered America.”
“In every age, there have always been those who seek to lie about the past in order to gain power in the present,” President Trump said in his speech. “Those that are lying about our history, those who want us to be ashamed of who we are, are not interested in justice or in healing. Their goal is demolition. Our goal is not to destroy the greatest structure on Earth, what we have built: The United States of America.”
President Trump’s speech singled out the MSM saying: “Let me also say a word to those in the media who falsely and consistently label their opponents as racists, who condemn patriotic citizens who offer a clear and truthful defense of American unity, that is what our people are doing. We want a clear and faithful defense of American history and we want unity.”
The President’s speech was met with cheers and applause and praise from the GOP.
“These iconic American men made great contributions to our History as a Nation and it is appropriate that they have been honored in the way they have been.
“Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson and Roosevelt, each who made a unique contribution to our democracy so that we may enjoy the benefits of daily living. My only hope is that each America might consider and give in their own way a preservation to our unique society.
“This should not be by criticizing our way of government from a destructive way but by making even the smallest of contribution to perpetuate what our forefathers gave us. This was a unique avenue of Democracy and Capitalism where we can walk side-by-side, without religious or minority interference, to insure that all men and women are treated equally and that they can jointly enjoy the entitlements of life.
“My hope should be to strive and have for a better way, learned and given by our parents, that have been derived from hard, honest work. Our goal should be to give our children a better way of life for which some of Americans, have had to give our lives,” said economist Bruce WD Barren, Chairman of The EMCO/ Hanover Group in a telephone interview.
And in a move it that direction the US Supreme Court settled a Key Electoral College issue: In Y 2016, we saw a disturbing trend among those tasked with casting electoral votes. Several electors from various states were “faithless,” refusing to vote for the candidate who won the state’s election. It appears this trend would have been used to prevent Donald J. Trump from winning re-election. But the Supreme Court by unanimous vote just shut this scheme down.
President Trump is a strong leader and is moving to unite the country, here is his complete speech.
Did you know this about Mt. Rushmore? While most Americans can name the 4 Presidents whose faces are memorialized in the mountain, few people know the namesake of Mount Rushmore.
The mountain in the Black Hills was named after New York attorney Charles E. Rushmore, who worked for Harney Peak Tin Mining Company during the late 19th Century.
Mr. Rushmore was reviewing the legal titles of properties in the area when he asked his local guide, William Challis, about the name of the granite outcropping.
The National Park Service quotes Mr. Challis as saying, “Never had a name, but from now on we will call it Rushmore.”
The Mount Rushmore name stuck, and became official in June 1930 after the Presidential carving had begun, it was completed in Y 1941.
Mt. Rushmore, named not after the monument’s sculptor but after an unknown New York lawyer, is another positive example of our great history and should be preserved at all costs for generations to come noted Mr. Barren during our interview.
Have a healthy day, Keep the Faith!
