America First, the Rebirth of Hope and Opportunity
Over the last 37 years that I have been analyzing and commenting on politics in the US, traditional politicians have failed to put America First. Our factories have been shut down, our steel mills slowed, and our jobs were stolen and shipped overseas.
Our government sent troops to protect the borders of foreign nations, but left America’s borders open. They spent billions of dollars on one global project after another, while failing to keep our citizens safe and allowing gangs flooded into our country.
Now, our President is not going to let other countries take advantage of us anymore, because he has declared America First and that what we will have again.
Imagine what we can accomplish working together to rebuild our beloved nation. Our jobs will come back home and dying factories will come roaring back to life.
Today, our country is seeing a rebirth of Hope, Opportunity and Safety.
Americans are being taught to love and respect this country and take pride in Our Land.
Below is a chronicle of President Trump’s Week below, as follows:
Commemorating his 1st 100 Days at a rally in Pennsylvania
What better way to celebrate his 100th day in office than right alongside several thousand fellow Americans who helped elect him into office? President Trump held a rally in Harrisburg, PA to talk to the American people about everything that was accomplished in his first 100 days, noting that it was only the beginning! Pennsylvania – like many states, has faced numerous hardship in recent years, and President Trump made it clear that he will do whatever it takes, in Pennsylvania and across this nation, to Make America Great Again.
On Wednesday afternoon, the US House of Representatives passed the American Health Care Act (AHCA), a bill that would repeal and replace Barack Obamacare. Barack Obamacare led to higher costs and fewer health insurance options for millions of Americans.
The Y 2010 ACA healthcare law brought the American people rising premiums, unaffordable deductibles, fewer insurance choices, and higher taxes. That is really insurance without coverage.
The 2 Key things insurance companies do not like to do: take risk and pay claims.
This new bill will expand access and lower costs for Americans across the country, this is a victory for President Trump with the bill on the way to the Senate for review, their stamp, and another vote to make it law.
Fighting the Fake News
In his 1st 100 days, President Trump has taken bold actions to restore prosperity, keep Americans safe and secure, and hold the government accountable.
Notably, CNN, NBC, CBS and ABC refused to air the RNC’s video “First 100 Days,” highlighting the President’s 1st 100 days in office.
It is shameful to see the mainstream media blocking and sandbagging the positive message that President Trump wants to share with the nation.
It is clear that these left biases news outlets are trying to silence President Trump’s voice and censor free speech because it does not fit their narrative.
A Milestone For School Choice
This week, the President welcomed advocates, administrators, teachers, parents, and students to the White House to mark a milestone for school choice. The DC Opportunity Scholarship Program, which provides scholarships for private schools to low-income students, proves that school choice works.
President Trump is proud to extend this Key program, and, his commitment to school choice does not end there. President Trump believes that a child’s future should never be determined by his or her parents’ income or area code. And he wants to ensure that the next generation is not trapped in a broken system that puts the status quo ahead of students’ success.
President Trump met Prime Minister Turnbull of Australia at an event commemorating the 75th anni of the Battle of the Coral Sea. President Trump thanked Prime Minister Turnbull for traveling to New York for the Commemoration, a gesture which shows the deep ties between the United States and Australia.
The President and PM Turnbull discussed the enduring bonds, deep friendship, and close alliance between the United States and Australia that have been Key to the maintenance of regional and global peace and security.
Since Y 1963, the White House has honored America’s small businesses by marking this week National Small Business Week and recognizing the tremendous contributions that small businesses make to our country every single day.
This weekend, President Trump declared that “small business owners embody the American pioneering spirit and remind us that determination can turn aspiration into achievement.”
So, it is time for all of us remember that we are 1 with 1 American destiny, the future belongs to all of us with hope in ourselves, and patriotism in our hearts, as opportunity abounds.
Let’s all continue working daily to Make America Great Again.
Have a terrific weekend.
