The Week Ahead on Wall Street
This week we will see earnings results from the traditional season early reporters.
DJIA component Nike (NKE), which will report Tuesday, as well as 13 other S&P 500 members including FedEx (FDX, also on Tuesday’s calendar.
Nothing of consequence on Monday and Tuesday
The week’s 1st economic report to Wall Street will be the November existing home sales, which will be released Wednesday.
Thursday features November durable goods orders, November personal income and spending and the 2nd revision to Q-3 GDP.
November new home sales and the revised December University of Michigan (MSI) consumer sentiment survey will be released Friday.
US Treasury Action
The US Treasury Department will auction $14-B of 5-year Treasury inflation-protected securities (TIPS) Thursday.
