Below is a list of Wall Streets top analysts upgrades, downgrades and initiations for Wedesday, as follows:

Duke Energy Corp. (NYSE:DUK) analysts downgraded to Underperform from Neutral and the price objective was cut to 69 from 78 at BofA Merrill Lynch. Duke Energy has a 52-wk trading range of 65.50 – 87.75 and it has a consensus analyst target price of 81.88.

Ford Motor Co. (NYSE:F) analysts started with a Sell rating at Berenberg, and the firm’s target is 10. Ford has a 52-wk trading range of 11.02 – 14.68 and it has a consensus analyst price target of 12.72.

General Motors Company (NYSE:GM)  started with a Sell rating at Berenberg, and the firm’s target is 29. GM’s 52-wk trading range is 26.69 – 36.88 and it has a consensus analyst price target of 35.94.

Huntington Bancshares Inc. (NASDAQ:HBAN) analysts raised to Outperform from Neutral with a 14 price target at Macquarie. Huntington Bancshares has a consensus analyst price target of 11.88 and it has a 52-wk range of 7.83 – 12.60.

Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE:TSN) reiterated as Buy at Jefferies with the firm saying that the recent drop is a huge buying opportunity, even though they are cutting their price target to 75 from 85 in the call. Tyson has a 52-wk trading range of 48.10 – 77.05.
