Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. (NYSE:PBR) aka Petrobras, raised to Market Perform from Underperform at Raymond James. Shares closed at 9.22, in a 52-wk trading range of 2.71 -10.24. The consensus price target is 7.16.
Range Resources Corp. (NYSE:RRC) started with an Outperform rating and assigned a 49 price target at Credit Suisse. Its 52-wk range is 19.21 – 46.96, and it has a consensus price target of 48.76.
Vale S.A. (NYSE:VALE) was raised to Equal Weight from Underweight with a $4 price target (versus a $5.11 close) at Barclays. The 52-wk trading range is 2.13 – 6.26. The consensus price target is 5.40.
