Priceline Group Inc. (NASDAQ:PCLN) was raised to Overweight from Equal Weight with a 1,500 price target at Barclays. The consensus price target is 1,453. The 52-wk trading range is 954.02 – 1,476.52.
SolarCity Corp. (NASDAQ:SCTY) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Stifel after the Tesla acquisition offer. SCTY closed at 21.88 on high volume Wednesday. SolarCity’s 52-wk trading range is 16.31 – 61.72.
Tesla Motors Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) analysts downgraded to Perform from Outperform at Oppenheimer. After announcing the buyout of SolarCity, Tesla shares finished 196.66 on heavy volume Wednesday. The consensus analyst target is still 264.75, and the 52-wk trading range is 141.05 – 286.65. HeffX-LTN is calling the stock at its 52 wk low in the near term, Sell.
Papa John’s International Inc. (NASDAQ:PZZA) analysts downgraded to Neutral from Buy with a 70 price target at Nomura. It has a 52-wk trading range of 44.47 – 79.40 and a consensus price target of 67.60.
