Qualifying for a Loan

* The security must trade at minimum of $20,000 in volume per day
* Pledged collateral must be free trading shares

Officer/director shares qualify as long as 144 aging conditions and regulatory requirements are satisfied
* Penny stocks may also qualify with sustained trading volume

Stocks with a relatively steady volume over at least four months, qualify for the most flexible terms and lower interest rates
