ParaFin Corporation (PINK:PFNO) undervalued

Berlin, 20.12.2012 The Potsdamer Treuhand and Business Consultancy GmbH, as M&A consultant for the Resource Development Group, Inc., announces that it is currently involved in crucial negotiations with an internationally oriented investment company as a joint venture partner.

After an in-depth examination the company in question is convinced that an investment at the current stage in the project pool of the Resource Development Group, Inc. will result in rapid growth and high profitability.

The board of directors of the investment company has given its approval at this point for an investment in the Resource Development Group, Inc. and announced that the resource Development Group, Inc. meets the necessary statutory requirements. (Foreign Investment Act category (E).

The final contract negotiations have been scheduled for January 2013.

This means an additional appreciation in the fair value of the Parafin Corp. (PINK:PFNO) to approximately USD 0.10 cents through its strategic partnership with the Resource Development Group where Parafin holds 25%. Parafin’s shares are significantly undervalued at approximately USD 0.05 cents due to the current portfolio structure.

The Potsdamer Treuhand will provide further information about the state of negotiations regarding equity and investment in the course of the following week.
