Trained in classic and modern European cuisine with experience from Michelin rated restaurants and world-class hotels. During this time Jakub worked alongside Vito Mollica at Allegro Restaurant, Four Seasons hotel Prague, Bernhard Mayer at Lanes Restaurant, Four Seasons hotel London and Daniele Galmiche at The Vineyard Restaurant in Newbury and many more..
