1) What made you first become a model?
When I first came to the United States, I had several photographers reaching out to me to pursue a modeling career. Since then that has become my dream, but I only was able to pursue it after college. While in college I was a member of the volleyball team , on a full scholarship, so I didn’t have that much time to put into modeling.
So the first thing I did when I graduated was to move to Miami to pursue my dream.
2)How did you feel when you did your first ever fashion show or photo shoot?
I still remember my first photo, it was so cute. I felt amazed but all that I accomplished. I loved my first photo-shoot. At that time I was a little shy, but I felt accomplished of how good I could express myself.
3)Who was your role model as a child an how did that help in being a model?
I had a lot of role models, but the one that I will never forget is my mother.
She always did taught me how to feel secure, comfortable with myself and pretty.
All those qualities help me model, growing up watching my mom being such an amazing woman , was crucial.
4)What did your parent first think of you being a model and where they supportive?
They were happy and supportive.
5)How do you feel about the controversy of the size debate in the industry?
I believe that everyone should get a chance, and the way that the industry portrays woman is not very fair. most women have curves, stretch marks or cellulite. the idea of the skinny and tall woman as the only ones that can work in this industry takes away the real beauty of being a woman.
6)If your were not a model, what other profession would you have been doing instead?
7)What are guilty pleasures food wise?
Pizza and Ice Cream
8)How do you cope under the pressures of being a model?
I actually have a lot of fun doing it. I don’t have a lot to complain about.
when you love your work, you don’t actually have to work, you are having fun.
9)What beauty tips do you swear by?
Always exercise, it helps your mind and body. Drink a lot of water.
10) What is your favorite fashion brand?
