Ho’olei
The villas of Ho’olei at Grand Wailea in Maui enjoy all the amenities of the Grand Wailea next door, most notably its 770,000-gallon water wonderland, which consists of nine free-form pools on six levels and a water elevator.
The Ho’olei villas, however, many of which overlook the property’s own private saltwater pool, offer a respite from Maui’s adventurous pursuits, with soothing views of Lanai and the West Maui Mountains.
Last year, the development completed construction of its 120 two-story, three-bedroom townhomes (from $1.8 million), which are clustered in enclaves of six. (www.hoolei.com)
