Here are the LTN previews for the following companies using earnings estimates from Thomson Reuters, as follows,

Oracle Corporation NASDAQ: ORCL is set to report earnings after the close Tuesday. The enterprise software leader is expected to report 0.61 EPS 61. and $9.03-B in revenue.

FedEx Corp. NYSE: FDX is set to report Wednesday before the open. Estimates are 1.41 EPS and $10.84-B in revenues, and the next Quarter expectations are 1.45 EPS and $10.82-B in revenues. There should not be any major surprises here. The bulk of the company’s Holiday-related revenues will be coming in the coming Quarter. not in the November-ending Quarter.

Nike Inc. NYSE: NKE reports Thursday after the close. Expectations are currently at 1.00 EPS on revenue of $5.99-B. Expectations for next quarter are 1.40 EPS and $6.1-B in revenue. With shares trading at about $97 today Vs a 52-wk range of 85.10 -114.81, the expectations are muted compared to the past. Note that NKE trades at about 18.5-times its projected earnings

Research In Motion Ltd. NASDAQ: RIMM reports Thursday after the close. The expectation is a loss, but the reality is that RIM is a Q-1 and Q-2 story for Y 2013 when its new Blackberry 10 phones are released. Analysts expect that RIM will have a loss of -0.35 EPS on a huge 49% sales decline to $2.65-B. For the following Quarter, the estimates are a loss at -0.26 EPS and a drop of 31% in revenue to $2.87-B.

Walgreen Co. NYSE: WAG will report earnings Friday morning before the opens. Then we will learn if earnings and sales are normalizing after getting its pharmacy benefit manager issues mostly resolved. Estimates are 0.70 EPS and $17.5-B in revenue. For the coming Quarter report, the estimates are 0.97 EPS and $19-B in revenue.
