Donald Trump has the Temperament to be Commander-in-Chief
Donald Trump defended his “tough tone,” telling the WS-J he has the right temperament to be Commander-in-Chief, in an interview regarding national security.
Hillary Clinton is on the offensive trying to paint Donald Trump as someone reckless and impulsive whose not to be trusted with nuclear launch codes and the responsible national security of the country.
“She likes to equate toughness with temperament and she thinks she’s gonna scare people,” Donald Trump said. “Well, we need to have a tough tone.”
But Donald Trump says that Hillary Clinton, is grossly incompetent when it comes to national security. “ISIS sits back and laughs at her.”
Mr. Trump dismissed as irrelevant taking an overseas trip prior to the election. Though he says he has been invited by “numerous countries, to visit,” his foreign policy agenda is America 1st.
“I don’t think it registers with the voters to be honest with you,” Mr. Trump said. “What I really want to do is focus on our country and the election, but I might.”
Early Monday, Eric Trump said in a TV interview that the GOP establishment is starting to coalesce around Donald Trump now that he is the presumptive nominee as people are fed up with the “baggage” when it comes to Hillary and Bill Clinton
“My father is honest, he speaks his mind, he is charismatic, he is different,” Eric Trump said.
But with Hillary Clinton, “you see scandals like Benghazi, you see the Clinton Foundation and what’s happening, and the whole ‘energizer’ thing. It’s a disaster, an absolute disaster.”
My father is “meeting with the best and brightest people around the world.”
“That’s how my father always ran a business,” Eric Trump said. “He got the best, the brightest, the most hard-working people. He put them in a room, asked for their opinions, asked for their thoughts and went in. He’s doing the exact same thing.”
South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham at a private Florida fundraiser over the weekend told supporters they should back Donald Trump so that Hillary Clinton will not win the White House.
