Donald Trump, “I love women, and boy can they be smart”
Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump said that her father is a supporter of Feminism.
“It’s a big reason I am the woman I am today,” she says.
Ivanka Trump is an Executive VP in the Trump Organization. She is the daughter of the likely GOP presidential nominee and his 1st wife, Ivana, and is a mother of 3.
She expresses her own support for Feminist ideals.
“I believe 100% in gender equality, so, by definition, that makes me a feminist, which I am very proud of,” she said.
Ivanka Trump said that her father instilled in her the value of hard work, while providing her with mentor-ship from other women.
“He always told me and showed me that I could do anything I set my mind to if I married vision and passion with work ethic. He’s also surrounded me with strong female role models who have done just that since I was a little girl,” she says.
She credited her father with hiring women at high levels in his organization, saying, “People talk about gender equality. He has lived it. I think it is a great testament to how capable he thinks women are and has shown that his whole life,” she said.
“There is nothing I love more than women…, and boy, can they be smart,” Trump said in a chapter of his book, “The Art of the Comeback”
