Donald Trump, “I will turn our job market around, you can bet on it.”
Donald Trump said in upstate New York Friday that he and Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders shared similar views on how Americans have been badly affected by foreign trade deals, but that he was going “turn our job market around” by creating more manufacturing jobs.
“We probably have Sanders fans, right?” the Republican front-runner asked in Plattsburgh, NY.
“Do we have any?” Donald Trump continued. The audience booed.
“That’s okay. I’ll tell you, I’m not a fan. I’ll tell you this: We have one thing in common. He knows our country is being ripped off in trade.
“The difference is that I really know our country is ripped off and badly, but I’m going turn our job market around, and I’m going turn it around in jobs for us, okay?”
GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump has jumped ahead of his nearest challenger by 18 points, Ted Cruz’s numbers have taken a deep dive, according to the latest Fox News poll.
