Donald Trump, “Everyone understood my 2nd Amendment comments”
Donald Trump Tuesday night said no one at his Tuesday rally, when he said “Second Amendment people” could stop bad Supreme Court appointments by Hillary Clinton, thought he was indicating they should assassinate her.
The media is Nutz!
“Nobody in that room thought anything other than” he meant to defeat Hillary Clinton at the ballot box, Donald Trump said in a TV interview.
“This is a political movement. This is a strong, powerful movement, the Second Amendment, you know,” Trump told host Sean Hannity. “Hillary wants to take your guns away. She wants to leave you unprotected in your home. This is a tremendous, political movement. The NRA, as you know, endorsed me. … I just saw, they tweeted out, basically they agree 100 percent with what I said.
“There can be no other interpretation. Even reporters have told me. I mean, give me a break.”
“Hillary wants to abolish, essentially abolish the Second Amendment,” Donald Trump said. “By the way, if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do folks. Though the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I don’t know.”
The Trump’s campaign say Second Amendment advocates rallying to defeat Hillary Clinton.
The NRA issued a Tweet in which backed up the explanation by Donald Trump for what he meant by his comments.
Meanwhile, support in the US business community is growing for Donald Trump’s economic plan.
